As managing director, she is responsible for the agency’s further development and ensures the quality of our work. To this end, she motivates and supports her colleagues with conceptual approaches and creative ideas – always in search of the optimal solution.
Be it in person, on the phone or during an online call: Laura is humorous and competent. She has experience as a creative director, which makes her a valuable sparring partner for customers with an eye for detail. When she is not at STO, her dog Candy keeps her on her toes.
Action and relaxation: Marc wants both. As a child, he wanted to become a stunt man – today, as a graphic designer at STO, Marc provides action-packed advertising instead. At the agency, he concentrates on creating new designs, and in his free time, lots of sport keeps him fit.
Organised and spontaneous:Janine can be both. She is among the first to turn up at the agency in the morning and works in a structured way. As a mum with two kids though, flexibility and spontaneity are also part of her daily life – one reason why STO appreciates her so much. By the way, she would have nothing against spontaneously going on another trip to the Maldives.
Globetrotter and homebody:Nicole loves travel and photography, but also likes to be at home and has been with STO for many years. Her friends call her ‘Nikipedia’. This human biologist with research experience in neurobiology impresses with her specialist knowledge, but almost always has an answer to questions outside her field of study as well. On the side, Nicole is also studying veterinary medicine.
Team-oriented and self-reliant:Juliane is both. She is helpful, likes to support colleagues and appreciates great long-standing customer relationships. She has racked up many years of experience in the pharmaceuticals industry, so she knows exactly what her customers want. As a counterbalance to daily office life, she likes to discover new places all around the world.
Advertising is his passion. A wealth of experience and a freshness boost are notions that apply to Manfred: He successfully brings his sparring nature and many years of experience into play, but can also be counted on to surprise with unconventional and forward-looking approaches.
Sommer and summer or nomen est omen: Nelly’s favourite season is summer, which is also what her surname means. Be it hiking, relaxing in the garden, cycling or golfing – this family woman bursting with energy likes to spend time outdoors. At STO, Nelly manages the accounting. She is the go-to person for a wide variety of internal tasks and helps out any colleagues who don’t have change for the coffee donation jar.
Numbers and art – Helena is a partner and a confidant for everyone at the agency. She juggles numbers and helps to recruit motivated minds for STO. Art and culture are her hobbies – her studio is her retreat.
Simone has a lot of experience and know-how from the world of marketing. She combines professional competence and soft skills – she knows where the creative process has to lead and what the appropriate strategy has to look like. Simone heads the consulting team competently while remaining team- and solution-oriented.
Chatterbox and concentration expert – Leana is our graphics trainee. With her bubbling creativity and cheerful manner, she brings a breath of fresh air into the agency, which is much appreciated by everyone. Her resting pulse rate at work is 80, but when she’s playing handball it shoots up to 180.
Cool-headed and tense are two emotional states that Alex knows only too well. This polygraph does his work in a precise, punctual and relaxed manner. On the other hand, FC St.Gallen matches can really rattle this passionate football fan from time to time.
High-flying and down-to-earth:This former hurdler wanted to be an astronaut as a child. Today, Isabelle is an important pillar in STO’s polygraphy team. She is composed, conscientious and a ‘control freak’ by profession. She makes everyday life at the agency more multifaceted, as a result of her advanced training as a specialist in the printing industry and packaging.
Team player and solo singer – multi-talented Renee is great with concepts, full of ideas and keen to help. She is a creative who dreams of going on a road trip through Europe, while indulging her passion for loudly singing along to the car radio.
Pharmaceuticals expert and nature lover: Nicole is an expert when it comes to the world of pharmaceuticals. She has not only gained experience as a pharmaceutical assistant at chemists and in health-insurance companies, but has also worked for a pharmaceuticals distributor. She is a doer – on the basis of ideas that she finds while horse-riding or walking in nature.

Our mediamatician Robin deals with moving images and snapshots. He has a lot of experience in developing and programming websites. In addition, he is an enthusiastic photographer. The focused calm of photography is something that he also incorporates into his work.

Urs is a self-confessed hard-rock fan characterised by soft skills. This polygraph with an eye for detail, a flair for software and hardware, and a passion for multimedia is the agency’s pillar of calmness. He has been a stalwart of STO for over 20 years.
Humorous and solution-oriented, Andrea keeps a cool head, even though her daily routine is sometimes defined by Excel spreadsheets, formulas and figures. She likes to optimise processes, making them faster and more efficient. She is also a speedster in her free time, as this enthusiastic member of the running club Läuferriege Mosnang is actively involved in the “most beautiful of all half-marathons”, the Schnebelhorn Panorama Trail.

As a digital specialist with many years of experience in the pharmaceuticals industry, he is a key interface between different disciplines at STO, in his interim role in the management of the digital team.
